Return & Exchange Policy

At Monsaaj, each product is carefully handcrafted and packed with love so it reaches you safely and beautifully. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

1. If You’d Like to Return an Item

We completely understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep (Rs.75 pickup charge will be deducted from the refundable amount). After receiving and checking the product, you’ll receive a refund (excluding pickup charges). Refund may take upto 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

For COD orders, Rs.50 will be non-refundable. Avoid this charge by choosing prepaid.

Please note that returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags or documents. Items showing signs of use or missing packaging won’t be eligible for return.

2. When Return Pickup Isn’t Possible

If your area isn’t serviceable by our courier partners for return pickup, we’ll schedule it once the location becomes available again.

3. Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us at support@monsaaj.com or login to your account.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only within 4 hours of placing them. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For COD orders, repeated refusals at delivery may lead to future order restrictions. For prepaid orders, a two-way shipping fee will be deducted for non-acceptance.

4. Handcrafted with Love

Each Monsaaj piece is unique. Slight variations in color, pattern, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects — they make your piece one of a kind.

5. Processing Time

Once your return is received and passes our quality check, your refund as store credit or to your bank account will be issued within 7–10 working days.
